The Virgin Megastore in City Stars is well stocked with videos, books (English and Arabic) and gaming systems. The store is clean, but the overhead music is very loud! We had a lot of questions regarding the Wii system and found it difficult to hear our sales person. This man was very knowledgeable about the product (definitely a tech geek) and helped us find all the additional parts needed for the system. Although the Wii was far more expensive than in the US, we were willing to pay the extra price. So far the product works great. I think the return policy is 14 days with a receipt, which is normal. Important Note: The store does not open until 1:30PM on Fridays

I love going to Virgin, even when I don't really need anything I usually end up buying a good book or the latest video game or a new movie or... They are located in City Stars on the 2nd floor in the old extension. The store is quite large and also has a nice selection of electronics such as cameras, TVs, laptops etc. Staff are friendly but prices in general are a bit on the high side.

هي في الاصل فرع من سلسلة عالمية في لندن انشأت هناك بالتقريب في عام 1971 وفي عام 1979 افتتحت الشركة فرع لها اخر في لندن وفي عام 1990 تم البدء في توسيع فيرجن في جميع انحاء العالم وقد تم افتتحها و عمل اول فرع لها في مصر عام 2008 وفعلا هو فرع كبير جدا و تجد فيه اشياء كثيرة تحتاجها من افلام و اغاني و ايضا اجهزة الكترونية و كتب و لاب توب علي فكرة كان في فرع كمان في مصر غير الموجود في ستي ستارز كان في شرم الشيخ ولكنه اغلق الان يمكنك ان تسمع الاغاني و الاسطوانات الجديدة هناك فهو مقسم الي اقسام كثيرة سهل ومرتب ان تجد ما تبحث

فيرجين ميجا ستور فعلاً مكان كان لازم يفتح فى مصر من زمان ... بجيب من عنده ال دي في دي الاصلية للأفلام اللي بحبها ... هى طبعاً بتكون غالية شوية بس فيه كده حاجات بتحب أنك تقتنيها. الكتب اللى عنده ممتازة و دايماً عنده كل حاجة جديدة نزلت. الحقيقة الميزة عنده فى الكتب هى طريقة العرض المبهرة اللى بتخليك فعلاً شغوف أنك تاخد الكتب من عنده و ان كانت اسعارها يمكن أغلى بحوالى 10% من المكتبات التانية. طبعاً مكانه فى سيتي ستارز مقنع جداً لأنى كده كده بكون هناك على الاقل مرة فى الاسبوع. العاملين هناك الحقيقة بيحاولوا فعلان يساعدوك و مهذبيين جداّ و بالهم طويل على الأسئلة و الطلبات. الحقيقة أنا شوفت فيرجين فى كذا مكان فى العالم و الفرع اللى فى سيتي ستارز مايقلش عن أى واحد فيهم ... شكلة مبهر و الحاجات اللى جواه مبهرة .... يا سلام بس لو كان معايا رصيد كفاية فى الفيزا!
