Platinum mall, a huge building at the corner of Syria St. and Shehab St. I used to go to this mall when it first opened, but it was poorly designed and had confined space... You just don’t feel comfortable when you'r moving along the corridors and passages. Lighting distribution is very bad, although the mall has a couple of very good stores, that’s why I only pay the mall a visit when going and targeting these shops. I go there and buy what I want and get out, but I don’t walk around in it like I do in most malls.

Since I live in Lebanon Sq., I have seen this mall since it started... It's in a good spot, lots of traffic and an important street in el Mohandessen, Shehab st. So I thought to myself it's going to be good. It started well, then it began to deteriorate. It became dark, the architectural design itself was bad and shops started to close... I don’t go there anymore, the only shops I may pay a visit are the shops on the front, which can be accessed from the street. Other than that, no one goes to that mall anymore.
