Paul is a great bakery chain originally from France but now with many locations in several countries. Their bread is fantastic. You actually need teeth to take bite out of the bread which is how I like it. They have traditional baguette as well as a large variety of whole grain breads which are all much better for you than the white mush you normally find from for example Rich Bake. Paul also has a good selection of cakes and tarts as well as croissants and all are recommended. The interior is nice and clean and I would say like a French bistro. They also have a good variety of salads and sandwiches. The only drawback is their prices. They are expensive. I paid almost LE 200 for a whole tart and a bread is typically LE 20-25. Nor for your everyday normal use but once in a while when you want something special go to Paul.
