- With nearly 15 years of real estate development experience, Eng. Emad Mansour is inspired by the Pharaonic engineering heritage, as ancient Egyptians used the flower of life to develop their architecture, cities, temples and homes. Ancient Egyptian constructions were built in difficult environments, facilitated by using environmental factors to ensure superior engineering. This included designing buildings to allow air circulation, and using building materials that withstand natural factors.
- From these ideas, Next Home built its first mini-compound in Mokattam, featuring roof gardens. It continued its journey to develop a compound that includes all social, entertainment and administrative services: Next Point. The compound features air circulation via equally spaced openings, in dimensions dedicated to creating a healthy environment for residents.
