El Badramany was established by Mr. Fawzy El Badramany in 1940 in Cairo, Egypt.
The company started off as an importer & supplier of raw materials for soap & textile manufacture.
We have seriously worked on developing the company, and in 1989 we achieved our goal to provide chemical & raw materials from their producers worldwide to our clients. We own ships, trucks, warehouses & equipment necessary for the distribution of materials.
In the 80’s & 90’s, we represented major international companies such as Dow, Henkel, etc., as their agents in Egypt.
In a huge ceremony held in Paris in 1993, the World Business Club awarded our company, El Badramany for Import, with the African Continent Prize, as one of the best & leading international trade companies in Africa.
Now, we import, export & distribute chemical & raw materials. We are also in the process of manufacturing some of the raw materials used in the manufacture of detergents.
This is all done by family members & 190 employees who are highly qualified & experienced, working in El Badramany Group.
The company’s headquarters are 5 minutes from Cairo’s downtown & 20 minutes from the Giza Pyramids.
The company owns 6,000m2 of highly equipped warehouses, with a loading & unloading capacity reaching 5,600 tons/day, as well as, distribution trucks with capacity of 5,000 tons/day.
