Egypt & Middle East for Development and public Safety Programs Co. (EMDS) was formed in December 2009 by ninterdisciplinary group of members including educationists, doctors, journalists, engineers, ex-servicemen, architects, and automobile experts and members of the police etc. with a single aim to make the Egyptian roads safer for those who use them.
