- We produce concrete mixes under the supervision of a team of engineers with experience in making design mixes that suit their conditions with each facility. We have a laboratory with treatment basins, crushing machine and a silky oven to do all quality tests on concrete materials and the mix according to Egyptian and international specifications.
- Foam Concrete:
- It is a mixture of cement and soft materials with air voids that reduce the thermal conductivity of the mortar layer. The density of this mixture ranges from 400 - 1200 kg / m3.
- Among the most important features of foam concrete:
- Solve the problems of difference in levels and pouring of the large sizes forms.
- We provide insulation by the foam concrete method, including implementation and the cost is approximately 21% of the price of regular roof insulation.
- It saves 29% of the time consumed for regular isolation, while reaching the same result.
- Light cement bricks;
- Its production is founded on modern European technology based on mixing fiber-reinforced cement mortar with insulating liquid froth foam used in building work for walls, ceilings and reinforced concrete (Hollow Block).
