دار الفؤاد مستشفى عالميه على ارض مصريه بجد هي فخر لكل مصري موجود في هذه البلد وانا كان ليا سابق زياره ليها مع احد الاصدقاء من الاردن وهو مهندس بترول وكان ذاهب للعمل في شركه لها موقع عمل (بحث وتنقيب) في نيجيريا وكان عقده ينص على اجراء فحص شامل حتى يتمكن من العمل في هذه الشركه وكانت هذه الشركه متعاقده مع عدة مستشفيات عالميه معتمده لاجراء الفحص الشامل وكان من بين هذه المستشفيات مستشفى دار الفؤاد وده شيء اسعدني جدا لاني التقيت بصديق قديم وكسبنا سائح لبلدنا العظيم وانا عن نفسي فرحت جدا ان الشركه اللي انا بشتغل فيها متعاقده مع دار الفؤاد بس ان شاء الله يبعدني عن المستشفيات انا وجميع الناس.

I have used Dar Al Fouad hospital a few times for their check up program. It is a whole day of tests where you get checked from head to toes. It's kind of like preventive maintenance for your health. The check up is not cheap (app. LE 4,500 for the day) and the biggest issue for me are the delays. The tests themselves are thorough and you get a complete medical file after app 14 days but most of the time you sit around waiting for a doctor to become available. The last time I had to go back after 1 week to do some additional tests and I was scheduled for 3 pm. At 5.30 pm I was still waiting and I ended up leaving without having the tests done as they kept telling me 5 more minutes for almost 2 hours. My time is as valuable to me as their time is to them. I have never understood why time management is not better enforced in many businesses. However the hospital is well equipped, clean and as I mentioned the tests are thorough. If they now could get their timings to match it would be great.
