Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino

I stayed at the Cairo Marriott June 3rd thru June 6th 2010. This hotel is a perfect destination if you are visiting Cairo as a tourist. it is centrally located in beautiful Zamalek - which is an island in the middle of the Nile river. Zamalek has a rich history in Cairo and is an area that is home to more affluent locals and expats. It is also where many of the embassies and ambassador residences are located. The rooms at the Marriott are full of the right amenities and the bed are super comfortable. most probably because of the Marriott’s linen and duvet program. the sheets were super comfortable. There was some construction going on when we visited so we had to take some detours while navigating the hotel. My favorite thing to do at the hotel is sit at a table in the courtyard promenade, have a cold beer and people watch. You can even smoke a shesha if you into. The pool was a bit disappointing. there were not enough lounge chairs and one day I just ended up using a broken one. the umbrella need to be replaced too. I also did not feel the pool was very clean I think i will send a message to them because I really do like this hotel a lot and will stay there again.

الفندق بصراحة روعه فعلا يستحق انه يكون 5 نجوم بمعنى الكلمه بداية من اللون الخاص بالفندق ومكانه المميز على النيل وقربه من وسط البلد10 دقائق مشي من منطقة التحرير للفندق ..الفندق من الخارج جميل وفيه مساحات خضراء روعه .. لكن الاجمل هو من الداخل بداية من الطريق للوبي الفندق والتماثيل الموجوده على جوانب الابواب. وفي منطقة اللوبي الخاص بالفندق يوجد الكثير من اللوحات الجدارية المرسومه بشكل جميل جدا ..وهناك اماكن خاصه وتسهيلات للمعاقين واماكن لخدمة رجال الاعمال وموجود ايضا خزينه مجانية في منطقة الإستقبال .. الفندق فيه عدة مطاعم عالمية ومميزه. وفيه كافيه اسمه السرايا روعه جميل وهادي وفيه شيشه تمام ده غير قاعات الافراح الي مش ليها حل .
