- Its journey began in 1986 in Syria (Aleppo) as a small factory specializing in the production of furniture, then the company was developed in 1994 by introducing the spring mattresses industry, and after the spread of this industry in the Arab world, especially Iraq, Algeria, Egypt and some international countries, and with the high demand for it in the Egyptian markets, Al-Maamoun factory was equipped and opened in Egypt in 2012 in the 10th of Ramadan city, Ismailia desert road, the industrial complexes Zezenia area.
- Then the company opened factories for the preparation of raw materials for mattresses and bed linen, which started in Obour City, where Doublenet Textile Factory and then upholstery fabric factory. The first mattress was produced by Egyptian hands in November 2013, on a land area of 21 thousand square meters in the Zezenia industrial complexes area.
- The factory developed and became an integrated automatic line that produces 500 to 600 mattresses per day in addition to more than 500 quilts and 700 sheets, and an integrated line for the production of fiber pillow starting from the bristles to the final product.
- Al-Maamoun Company was distinguished by its leadership in the making of mattresses with separate springs in Egypt with an automatic line that supports "hot melt".
- After the opening, the company entered the Egyptian market with high-quality products, modern designs and competitive prices to focus on quality and good price as the raw materials are all from Egypt with Egyptian hands.
