When I went to the hotel, it was recently under new management. As a result, it was undergoing a transformation on all levels. The new manager is amazingly helpful and goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you want during your stay. If you have any issues, see him and it will all be resolved. The same can be said for all the staff. Top marks. The location is central to everywhere and the views have to be one of the best in Sharm. The continued improvements they are making will stand this hotel well for the future. Both the pools are very good and the food is exceptional. Walking by the pools at sunrise if fantastic and taking photos in the hotel is memorable.

الحقيقة ان الفندق امكانياته ضعيفة جدا، فمثلا مستوي الغرف سئ جدا بالاضافة الي مستوي الخدمة سئ للغاية علاوة علي ان الفندق ليس لديه مكان علي الشاطئ و لكنه يقوم بنقل نزلائه للشاطئ في مواعيد محددة ذهابا و ايابا بالاضافة الي انه يبيع الماء أثناء البوفيه المدفوع الأجر. يبقي أن نتكلم عن الموظفين في الفندق فان معظمهم غاية في الأدب و الذوق و لكن امكانيات الفندق المحدودة لا تمكنهم من أداء مستوي جيد و ذلك باستثناء مدير الفندق فانه لا يعرف شيئا عن الادارة ولا عن كيفية معاملة النزلاء.
