Fusion, without a doubt the best Far-East restaurant you can ever visit here in Egypt, the mood, the interior design.. It feels like being in Asia. When I first went to Fusion it was at the Corniche el Nil el Maadi branch, but I live in Mohandissen, so when this branch opened I went to it and it was just as awesome as the Maadi one, plus on the Americana boat it has a view on the Nile. The décor was just awesome and the service just as good, I totally enjoyed it. The food was fresh and the service staff are super friendly.
