Fusion Restaurant, my absolute favorite... I went first to the branch at el Maadi Corniche el Nile, I wanted to try food from the Far East and I wasn't disappointed, it has the best menu a restaurant can offer. It has two choices Japanese and Chinese food, the Japanese food is made in-front of you, a thing I only saw in foreign sitcoms and movies, it was very enjoyable. The other one is Chinese food which is such a bliss, it's very tasty, you can feel you are in China itself eating their food. Also there is a wide selection of sushis which was a great experience because I always wanted to try sushi. Simply if you want to try out the Far Eastern food, this is the place to go

I’ve been to Fusion several times and have been satisfied each visit. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean and service is fast. During cooler months, I prefer to sit on the patio and enjoy beautiful view of the Nile. If you do sit outside, make sure to wear long pants or bug spray as the mosquitoes can be bothersome. The restaurant gets very busy, so reservations are necessary. Prices are a little higher than other Asian restaurants in Cairo. I suggest taking a taxi, as there is usually no parking. Also, be very careful crossing the Corniche, as it’s one of the busiest streets in Cairo.

What could be better than watching a Teppanyaki Chef preparing your food as you sit and watch the sunset along the Nile River? Fusion offers a picturesque view of the Nile, with Felucca's and their brightly colored sails whipping along the water. The food is always excellent with something for everyone including the vegetarian. You can also sit outside on the patio if you prefer. Enjoy a nice cold beer or some wine with your dinner. The food, service and atmosphere are hard to top. It is a good idea to make reservations, especially if you want the Teppanyaki table.

this restaurant is exquisite. simply, call to reserve and you'll eat delicious food while watching Japanese people cooking it. if you are a fan of Japanese food, then you will love the place. its entertainment and food, what more can a person ask for. the food is nice but may be a bit over priced and the service is good and the chiefs are very nice and it’s nice to watch your food being cooked.
