I can't really compare it to other airlines, but I was very happy with how I booked my vacation through them. Their online booking service is excellent as well as their family frequent flyer program. Their prices are great; the cheapest flight rates I found to England & they have an online check-in & seat reservation option. I definitely recommend if you're flying to England. One thing I noticed though is that the airport office provides a much better customer service experience.
