Ordering take-out is a piece of cake with Otlob.com. My husband and I use this service anytime we don't feel like cooking, but want to stay in. Otlob offers a great variety of restaurants by area and continues to add restaurants monthly. I am very impressed by this on-line service, as I often find it difficult to place an order over the phone (since I am not fluent in Arabic). The on-line ordering process is so easy. Just choose the area you live in, select the restaurant and click on your selections. Once your order is received, a 30-45 minute 'countdown' will begin on your screen. I'd say about 85% of the time I order from Otlob, the order arrives within the time-frame. If it does not, however, simply click on the Customer Service button and Otlob will contact the restaurant directly - you don't have to talk to anyone!
A clearing house for home delivery? What a great idea! I use Otlob.com often for its convenience and I'm rarely disappointed. It's nice to be able to see any menu from any restaurant on the site. They're attentive to your order and call, within minutes, if there's any question or doubt about what you've ordered. You can track your order via the site and see when it was received, sent to the restaurant, and expected delivery times. And once you set up your account (it's free), you never have to give your address and phone number again, it's all stored safely.
من المواقع المفضلة بالنسبة لي احب ان ابدأ بانه فكرة المهندس ايمن راشد فهو قام بعمله بعد انتهائه من منحة ibm. الموقع فعلا سهل جدا في الاستخدام لانه بيسهل عليك انك تطلب الاكل الذي تريده من المكان الذي تريده و يعرض لك كمية من الاختيارات بين المطاعم علي حسب المنطقة التي تسكن فيها او تعمل بها. اللذيذ في الموضوع انك وانتا في العمل تحتاج ان تطلب فطار مثلا انت و اصدقائك وهذا بيكون صعب لان كل واحد من اصحابك في قسم فخدمة اطلب مع اصحابك من الخدمات التي استخدمتها انا و اصدقائي في العمل. واصبح الآن يخدم الكثير من المحافظات. وبجد سريع بيهتم بطلبك ولو في خطأ او طلب مش موجود يقوم بالاتصال قبل تفعيل الطلب. وعند التاخير في الطلب وقليلا ما يحدث معي يقوم بالاعتذار مع ان السبب يكون من المطعم وليس منه. لازم تستخدمه
