It's the perfect example of a successful worldwide pharmaceutical company. Its success came by affording and approaching customer needs and determining what is useful for patients, in such a perfect way. While I was in faculty of the pharmacy in 2008, I had the opportunity to be part of Novartis summer training program. It was a big challenge to represent a big company like Novartis. I have learned how to deal ethically with my colleagues and how to manage my time to achieve all my work and exceed the expectation. Now I am seeking for vacancy in Novartis. Pray for me.
