Sayed Hanafy Co. was founded in 1952 with individual & modest efforts. Focus was placed on quality, size & price within a family setting. Each family member had a specific role in the making process, which led to a kind of love of work & seriousness. And thus, this family has set the finest example by its determination to succeed & its collective action.

After the passing away of the head of the family in 1972, his sons, the brothers all vowed to follow the same path, raising high the name of this hardworking father. Restaurant after restaurant was launched until the Sayed Hanafy restaurant chain came forth, moving in the direction of the required progress. This chain is the only one in Egypt that offers the fresh Macaroni & Beef casserole. As for the very special salad platter, it has become indispensible, but also, the Sayed Hanafy guest cannot possibly leave the restaurant before having the famous Sayed Hanafy desert (rice pudding, milk pudding & jelly).
