Technopol is the latest company in the Sayyad group of companies & is considered the industrial sector of its parent company. The company's main activity is producing a range of electrical home appliances that bear the name PASSAP. Technopol began production in 1999, manufacturing two types of defrosting refrigerators.

Today, in this short period of time, Technopol succeeded in providing over 25 products, including refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, stoves & gas water heaters. To meet the requirements of the market, Technopol constantly provides new & unique products.

Through quality policies adopted by the company/factory & employees, Technopol products made their way to success amid fierce competition from many popular international names. Over the years, Technopol has been able to maintain a balance between high quality and competitive prices.

Some of the factors that helped ensure quality is the exchange of Swiss experiences & techniques, known for their precision & skill. Also reducing production costs by using local helped in offering competitive prices. Today, 90% of components are locally manufactured by PASSAP.

In 2003, Technopol obtained a license from the Electrolux International to produce horizontal freezers under the name Kelvinator to cover the needs of the Middle East and North Africa. Technopol is the only company in the Middle East to succeed in obtaining a license from Electrolux for manufacturing locally.
