It has been & continues to be the leading company specializing in this field, which this industry entering the Arab region & the Middle East since 1990.
60% of our products are exported to Gulf countries as well as some European countries, with vast varieties of fish: smoked fish (herring, sardine, mullet, sea snakes, mullet & salmon roe, etc.) We have more than 36 different products suiting various customer tastes & their needs.
Summer Moon uses many mixtures of aromatic oil spices & herbs and which has been carefully tested & studied, having an important role in giving our products their distinctive taste, as well as high nutritional value in order to satisfy the needs & different tastes of consumers. We do not use preservatives in all our products further to our many contributions in the area of social responsibility.
Summer Moon has succeeded in attaining the highest quality certification in the world (HACCP) since 2005 we as well as ISO, ISO 22000 & ISO 18001, acting as powerful additions to the credibility we have with our customers. We were given honorary awards by Mr. Prime Minister as the best small project of the Beneficiaries of the Social Development Fund.
