About Us:
We founded the first company to import watches and their spare parts in 1980 as Makram Nasr’s company. Shortly after, we became one of the largest companies to import watches and their spare parts in Egypt, after which the company’s name changed to Touch Import and Export Co. and it is now one of the largest importers of Swiss watch parts, exporting them worldwide. It also now imports high quality wristwatches into Egypt, and we are establishing a special company to import electronics like TVs, telephones, intercoms, Chinese gold under Rtec as a registered trademark of the company.
Company Business:
The company imports and exports its products to and from all countries of the world, with the most important products being:
1 – Wristwatches, wall clocks and alarm clocks, as the original field for us, in which we’ve operated for over 40 years making us one of the most important companies in the Middle East operating in this field, and making us suppliers and exporters of all our products worldwide.
2 – Electronics – for the company to progress, it has opened a new branch for importing electronics. This makes us in line with technological progress globally, as we have been operating in this field for 3 years, achieving success giving us the incentive for continued progress in all fields. We strive to continue importing all products that help the Egyptian people continue to progress among all nations, so that there isn’t a huge gap between us and other countries.
3 - In contribution to helping people who are unable meet the demands of marriage purchases, such as gold, we introduced a new field, what is called Chinese gold, and it is a high quality accessory that helps ease the financial burdens of marriage.
4 - Mobile phones - mobile phones have become a modern-day necessity. We help people to acquire high-quality phones at affordable prices and different models, allowing public purchase of mobile phones with all options at reasonable prices.
5 - To protect the fields we have established, we created a service center for watches and one for mobile phones & original spare parts, with guarantees on service at reasonable prices for all. We also have an exchange service, instant maintenance service and maintenance services for stores selling mobile phones, giving them trust in our standard of maintenance.
6 – Our newest services are helping businessmen in Egypt to import their products from China through our office in China. We calculate the total cost of travel (air ticket, accommodation transportation, and food, introducing businessmen to wholesale markets) all for a small cost. Thus getting rid of the exploitation of some importers, who have been elevating the prices of some products to a great extent, and contributing to increased prices and creating a real economic crisis.
