About Maridive & Oil Services S. A. E.
Since its inception in 1978, Maridive has grown from a small diving company, into a leader in offshore construction around the world. Maridive has prospered by supplying general services vital in producing offshore oil and gas.
Guided by a vision of building a full-service offshore construction company, Maridive has expanded and diversified. The original diving company, Maridive Divers, added other activities across the years which have helped Maridive become an offshore construction potential giant.
Vessels:
Maridive operates the largest fleet in the region and continually upgrading vessels with few no of vessels either being built or put into service over the past few years.
Additional expansion of Maridive’s fleet includes Derrick Lay Vessels, the Maridive Constructor already in 2010 services and the Maridive 1600 which will be put into service in 2011, in addition to other new DP Vessels.
Deepwater / SURF:
Maridive continues to invest in the technology and talent to support our clients as their quest for new energy resources moves into deeper water. Maridive have expanded the resources of the equipment sources by building up our new saturation system(s) and procuring more ROVs equipment.
Maridive has built new DP Vessels to serve in the deep water side. Maridive have increased the versatility of the fleet , adding dynamically positioned, multipurpose vessels, including new generation DP2 vessels equipped with ROV and mission-specific equipment.
Inspection, Repair & Maintenance (IRM):
Maridive carries out inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) services for different international clients in their production fields and shall be expanding in the resources required in the deep water side.

Maridive uses its extensive worldwide fleet of vessels and equipment to provide diving services for virtually every phase of offshore operations, from routine jobs in shallow water, to deep water fields .

Pipeline Construction and Platform Installation:
Through our sister Company Valentine Marine based in UAE , we still continue to provide offshore construction and installation services utilizing combination pipelay/derrick barges as well as dedicated derrick barges where we lay from 4 inch to 60 inch diameter rigid pipeline and as well we do laying for 4.5 inch coil tubing pipes .
