Bernasos Stationery was founded in 1918:

The word is derived from the name of the highest mountain peak in Greece, Parnassus, which signifies the science and knowledge of the ancient Greeks.

In 1960:

The stationery shop was bought off of its Greek owner, and was managed efficiently and effectively until it became one of the best in its field and one of the first companies working in the field of stationary, as well as engineering and surveying Instruments. It received many awards from Carl Zeiss (Germany) for being its best distributor in the Middle East.

In 1992:

The company’s first strategy was developed and was based on orientation toward the world market and dealing directly with international manufacturers.

Bernasos now has many branches and factories. We assemble surveying instruments in our factory under license from Nikon (Japan). Agents for major companies operating in our field, such as:
