About Giza
Giza is a suburb of Cairo located on the west bank of the Nile, southwest of the capital. The proximity of ancient wonders, the pyramids and of the Sphinx, gives Giza a distinctive character and makes it one of Egypt’s most famous touristic sites. There is more to Giza than glories of the past. It is firmly established in the present and equipped with all the modern requirements. Restaurants abound and shopping, entertainment, night clubs and tourist bazaars line Pyramid Road.
